As part of our service to agents we offer a renewal service which includes the following:
- Initial letters to both landlord and tenant, 90 days prior to renewal, in order to ascertain what each party’s intentions are.
- Negotiations will commence when either party inform us that they wish to renew the tenancy. This could include a rent increase if the market allows one.
- Drawing up of the tenancy agreement, once our team has confirmed that both landlord and tenant are happy with the renewal and any new terms.
- Email updates will be sent to your office on monthly basis to advise of any renewal that we have successfully completed.
Alternatively Chase Devonshire can provide you with a monthly report showing which tenancies are up for renewal. This will let your staff negotiate a renewal directly with the landlord and tenants 90 days before the tenancy are due to end. |
