Together we will ensure high levels of maintenance
Your landlord has a duty to ensure that the property is inhabitable and that you are provided with essentials such as water, heating, sewerage etc.
Chase Devonshire has a large range of contractors ensuring its properties are maintained to a high level.
In cases where there is a loss in electricity, water or gas please contact your suppliers first to ascertain that there is no supply problems.
- It is our job to look after the property on behalf of your landlord; however we are unable to spend the landlord’s funds without their say so.
- It is your job to report all maintenance issues as soon as they occur and allow the landlord or our contractors into the property.
- Chase Devonshire will report all maintenance issues to your landlord and will provide your landlord with all alternatives to resolve the problems.
- Chase Devonshire will endeavour to resolve the issues as soon as reasonably possible. Please bear in mind we rely on third parties to conduct the repairs. Chase Devonshire does not manage our contractor’s diaries and will request that they contact you to arrange the best suited time to visit your rental property.
Please note that should it be found that the maintenance issue could be resolved by you or occurred as a result of your actions the cost will fall to you.
Please contact your property manager on 020 7740 1770 or email us on propertymanagement@chasedevonshire.com should you need to report any maintenance issues in your rental property or require more information on insurance companies we deal with. |
